2. Overview
This website is a static website without user accounts, without a comment function and without tracking cookies. No analytics or advertising tools are used. Personal data is only collected where this is technically necessary to deliver the pages, or where you contact me yourself.
3. Hosting (Vercel)
The website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. When the pages are accessed, Vercel processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, URL accessed, browser type, referrer) in server log files in order to deliver the pages and ensure the security of the system. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). 4. Google Fonts
To ensure a consistent presentation of typefaces, the fonts “Oswald” and “Inter” are loaded from Google servers (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When a page is accessed, your IP address is transmitted to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Further information: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Map display on the home page (MapLibre, CARTO)
The home page shows an animated map flight over Frankfurt. The map tiles are loaded from CARTO (CartoDB Inc., USA) via the MapLibre framework (library from unpkg.com, Cloudflare). In the process, your IP address is transmitted to these providers. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (display of the location). The subpages (newsroom, guides, press) do not load a map.
6. Getting in touch
If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, I process your details in order to handle the enquiry (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR). WhatsApp is operated by WhatsApp Ireland Limited; their privacy terms apply to the transmission. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations prevent this.
7. Links to LinkedIn, Instagram and external sources
This website links to LinkedIn, Instagram, senzapay.com and to the sources of the reports cited. When you click a link you leave this website; the privacy terms of the respective provider then apply. No social media plug-ins that transmit data as soon as the page is accessed are embedded.
8. RSS feed
The RSS feed at /feed.xml can be subscribed to with a feed reader. The same technical data is collected as when the website is accessed (section 3).
9. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Hessischer Beauftragter für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit (Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information), Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1, 65189 Wiesbaden.
